As the founder of JamesDugan, Jim has always insisted that JamesDugan put the clients' goals first. Always looking forward to the next idea that moves the needle for our business partners, Jim abolutely, positively loves this business.

He's been in the advertising and marketing game for over 20 years, which means one of two things: he's either just plain crazy, or he really, really loves this industry! (It's the 'love this industry' one). Darren works on developing new business, and also works closely with a number of clients, developing marketing strategies, budget/media allocations, creative direction and client services.

And... well... maybe he is just a little "off."

Spending money the right way, creating ideas, getting noticed, these are Gaye’s specialties.  Making sure the message reaches the right ears, eyes and emotions.  With more years in the marketing/advertising world than some of her co-workers have been alive, Gaye has a passion for this wild, wacky biz and for helping clients succeed.

Sean survives on Mountain Dew, runs around client to client creating ads that work for his clients and is even willing  to pick up paper clips at Office Max. Ultimatley, Sean loves this roller coaster ride and this quote sums him up nicely: "If you ever catch on fire, try to avoid seeing yourself in the mirror, because I bet that's what REALLY throws you into a panic.” - Jack Handy

Creative. Thoughtful. Happy. Driven to Succeed. Growing up on a farm and inspired by her parents, Katie has a strong work ethic and is always up for a challenge. Her designs are guided by her attention to detail and keen creative eye.

The eye of the tiger, well he might not have claws or stripes, but Nate is one visual cat.  He is dedicated to making you, your business or whatever else he points his camera at look its best.  Whether he's in front of a computer or behind a camera, Nate will make your videos roar.

It's been said that a good edit goes unnoticed. Then again, a great edit wows clients and customers alike. From shooting, to compositing, to color correcting, Skye does his part to make sure your video sends the right message about your company.

Working in television for over 10 years, Tim has produced, directed and edited numerous programs for national cable networks including ESPN, SPEED, Versus, MAV TV HD and others. As a project manager he is able to work with clients to guide their projects from conception to completion. Proficient in Final Cut he takes a hands on approach to getting the job done quickly and to the clients specifications. Tim Graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism.
